Steven Sooil CHAI Senior Partner & Managing Director, Boston Consulting Group (Korea) Before joining The Boston Consulting Group in the Boston office (and transferring to Seoul), Mr. Chai worked for PSL and MRA International as Management Consultant. Since joining BCG, Mr. Chai has worked on a number of development and implementation of strategy, efficiency improvement and business reengineering projects. Mr. Chai is currently leading BCG’s Seoul Office and Financial Services Practice in Asia Pacific. His experience includes: strategy audit for of an international conglomerate; marketing strategy development for leading Korean consumer good company; strategy development and implementation for leading financial institutions; vision and strategy for a major US automobile manufacturer; process reengineering for domestic and foreign conglomerates. Mr. Chai received a BS in Electrical Engineering, an MS in Electrical Engineering, concentration in Electro-physics from the University of Southern California, and an MBA in Strategic Management and Finance at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
