Julie CALDECOTT Partner and Managing Director, Boston Consulting Group Melbourne Office (Australia) Julie Caldecott is a Partner and Managing Director in the Melbourne office of The Boston Consulting Group. Since joining BCG in 1991, Julie has worked on a broad range of organisational, operation effectiveness, strategy and growth studies in both the public and private sectors. Julie is a core member of the Australian and New Zealand Healthcare, Public Sector and Consumer Goods practices. Julie is also a member of BCG’s Global Scientist network Prior to joining BCG, Julie had experience as a medical practitioner (hospital residency and general practice) and healthcare consultant Julie has an MBBS (Honours) from Monash University and an MBA (with Distinction) from Melbourne Business School. She has received numerous academic (medical and business) awards, such as the Peter Clemenger Prize for Best Final Year Student, the Pappas Carter Evans and Koop Strategy Prize and Best First Year Student.
