Jennifer MOYER Executive Director, Human Capital Management Division, Goldman Sachs (Hong Kong SAR) Jennifer Moyer is an Executive Director in the Human Capital Management Division of Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. She is the Co-Head of Human Capital Management for Asia Ex-Japan, with primary responsibility for the firm’s Talent Management priorities, including Diversity, Goldman Sachs University, Pine Street, Experienced Hire Recruiting and Campus Recruiting. Jen joined the firm in 1992, joining the Fixed Income Division in New York. She moved to Hong Kong in 1998, first working in Foreign Exchange Sales and subsequently as the Business Unit Manager for FICC until her move to HCM in 2003. From 1999 to 2002, Jen served as the Head of the AEJ Women's Network. Jen graduated from Harvard College in 1992 and from the Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth in 1998.
