Agnes GIOCONDA Executive Vice President, Senior Partner, and Chief Talent Officer of Fleishman-Hillard St. Louis (USA) Agnes Gioconda is an executive vice president, senior partner, and the chief talent officer of Fleishman-Hillard International Communications, one of the world’s leading public relations firms. Ms. Gioconda, who joined the firm in 1993, is responsible for worldwide human resource policies, employee relations, benefits and compensation, recruitment, internal communications, and employee training and development. The Talent Development group led by Ms. Gioconda, has been recognized within the human resource profession, winning Workforce magazine’s 2001 Optimas Award. Before joining Fleishman-Hillard, she served as a vice president of First Chicago Corporation (now Bank One), managing the company’s college and executive recruitment function and overseeing its management training program. She has held human resource management positions with other major companies, including TIAA-CREF in New York, Hartmarx Corporation in Chicago, ARCO Chemical Company in Philadelphia, and Space Master International in Atlanta. In 2006, Ms. Gioconda was recognized by the St. Louis Metropolitan YWCA as a Leader of Distinction.
